It was Alan Vega and Martin Rev (SUICIDE) who braved the waters of mixing electronic music with anarchist punk. A New York City original, patterned somewhat after 60s psychedelic electronics band Silver Apples.
This is apparently the conclusion of the song "Saturn Drive".
